By accessing or using Mawgood ("موجود", "the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Mawgood is a cloud-based attendance tracking and payroll management platform designed for businesses. Our services include:

  • Employee attendance tracking via Telegram bot, mobile PWA app, and biometric fingerprint hardware.
  • GPS location verification for attendance check-ins.
  • Selfie photo verification for identity confirmation.
  • Automated payroll calculation and management.
  • Reporting and analytics for workforce management.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Ensuring that your employees comply with these terms.
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
  • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform, including employee information, attendance records, and payroll data. We do not claim any ownership over your data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and upgrades as needed. Technical support is provided via Telegram (@MawgoodSupport) and email ([email protected]).

7. Payment Terms

Our pricing is available on our website. Plans start at 499 EGP per month. Payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mawgood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be made available for export for a period of 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
